Trial dates have been set for the 2010 season and will take a different format to last year with some week night trials, as follows:

Women

Tuesday 2 and 9 March 8-9pm and

Sunday 14 and 21 March from 4.00 until 5.15pm.

Men

Thursday 4 and 11 March 8-9pm and

Sunday 14 and 21 March from 5.15pm until 6.30pm.
